Hi my name is Marie. I have been a Veterinary Technician for the past 36 years. I have also been doing pet sitting for clients for approximately 10 years now. Mostly in home overnights or feed and let out for potty breaks. Working with animals has / is the love of my life ever since I have been a little girl. Growing up bringing home a puppy or kitten or a duck etc. what ever I could find driving my mom crazy! I just knew. I had to have them in my life all the time. I right now have a slew of animals at home that I have rescued from dogs, cats, and wildlife. Thank goodness I have my daughter home with me to help take care of them. Being in the veterinary field has taught me a lot all these years on how to take care of people's pets and what they need . So from giving medications pills/ injections, bathing, nail trims, subcutaneous fluids, etc . I can do those things.

I have known Marie for several years as vet tech from my veterinarian's office. She has always shown a lot of compassion and patience when taking care of my dogs. When I needed to go out of town I asked if she would be interested in helping me. I have been in canine rescue for 18 years. I specialize in medical, surgical and behavioral issues. At the time I had 3 surgical cases as well as some behavioral issues. She came and stayed at my house and was more than able to handle the pets with knowledge and compassion. Since finding Marie I now have peace of mind knowing my babies will be loved and taken care of when I need to be away from home.
