I have been taking care of kids for more than 10 years now. I have taken care of children from different ages full time and babysitting at night. I describe myself as a caring, lovely and responsible person who will make sure that your children are loved, safe and learn through the many learning activities I have to plan for them. In addition, I am very creative with crafts and will provide many activities to further develop your kid's development. I enjoy to be in the outdoors and will create activities whether inside on a rainy day or outside exploring NYC. Caring for children is something I really love and enjoy the many differences and individuality on each one of them as well as how fast they grow. I have always thought that this job is not just fun, it is also full of joy. One of the things I find extremely important is to have good communication and relationship with the child as well as the parents as this is key to succeed as a nanny.

Mariel is the best! She was our full time babysitter for our son before he went to preschool, and she cared for him as if he was her own. She is responsible, communicative, and was conscious of making sure he had a variety of healthy goods and enriching activities. She also truly enjoyed spending time with him and was a joyful presence -- my son was always happy to see her each morning! I highly recommend Mariel if you are looking for a nanny ot babysitter.
