About Mariel

I have been taking care of kids for more than 10 years now. I have taken care of children from different ages full time and babysitting at night. I describe myself as a caring, lovely and responsible person who will make sure that your children are loved, safe and learn through the many learning activities I have to plan for them. In addition, I am very creative with crafts and will provide many activities to further develop your kid's development. I enjoy to be in the outdoors and will create activities whether inside on a rainy day or outside exploring NYC. Caring for children is something I really love and enjoy the many differences and individuality on each one of them as well as how fast they grow. I have always thought that this job is not just fun, it is also full of joy. One of the things I find extremely important is to have good communication and relationship with the child as well as the parents as this is key to succeed as a nanny.
