I am self-motivated and have been in charge (often elderly/handicapped) and have provided care management for many private clients. I am a social work graduate/20+ years experience with good references and am often asked by my current agency (work sporadically depending on other private cases) for input/documentation on clients. I like working independently and do not need oversight once I am aware of client's preferences/needs. I like diversity in my daily tasks and like to be busy, but also enjoy "down time" with my clients. Reading to children, helping them perform tasks of daily living (cleaning/cooking/organizing life) and part of growing up. These skills help them to cope with everyday life and give them confidence and taking charge! I have two grandchildren (two red-headed girls)but am a young grandmother and can multi-task!
