Marie works for me ongoing to clean my house 1-2 times a month, which she's done a great job with despite my being pretty disorganized with cleaning supplies and tasks. I am extremely thankful for her general flexibility and understanding around scheduling craziness when it comes to kids, as well. I was in a child care pinch awhile back and Marie pushed a few things around to be able to come over and watch my 1 y/o, even though it was not convenient for her to do so. She is very sweet with kids - has a calm and patient demeanor that is necessary when it comes to being with small children all day.
