Marie is exceptional. I'm so lucky to have found her at Care.com to add to our 24x7 dementia care team. The patient's dementia was worse than the original job description, but Marie stepped up her care in all aspects without question. She is a fantastic team player and her personality is caring & helpful & conscientious. She came up with ideas for the team to provide better care for the patient and her documentation was timely. I recommend her highly and would absolutely hire her again.
