I worked in assisted living as a personal caregiver for 6 years then was promoted to be a lead in our department for Alzheimer's and dementia residents. I attended training and got certifications for dementia, First Aid and CPR (most current BLS-AHA). I used to have several clients from agencies and now I'm trying to get clients thru care. com. I am passionate and I care about other people. I respect there privacy, property and most of all there dignity. I love my job and treat all my clients in a professional way. I gain their trust and respect and in the long run they are treated as family.

My brother found Maribel, during a time of real need with our father. When she arrived, we were both awestruck at the person who shook our hands, and looked us both directly in our eyes. We are both over six feet tall. Maribel is articulate, and very well spoken. After meeting our curmudgeonly father, Maribel's expertise and professionalism was obvious, right away. More importantly, Maribel is a genuinely kind and caring person. She is firm but lovingly gentle, at the same time. Maribel is a very rare gemstone, in this line of work. I can speak for my brother too, when I say that I would hire her again in a heartbeat, and I would hope she would say, "yes"! Maribel proved to us she is worth her weight in gold.
