We thought “M” would be a good fit for our family. After the first week, she became unreliable and failed to communicate in a timely manner. When she was available she was great with our daughter, went on walks, played outside and even did arts and crafts. But failure to communicate and having multiple call offs has prompted us to search for a new nanny.
