Hi, my name is Mia and I am currently a junior at Iona College studying Speech-Language Pathology. I've been working with kids since I was 14 and absolutely love it. I started babysitting and tutoring families that I knew and then started working in daycares. I worked primarily with babies, toddlers, and young school-age children but I enjoy kids of all ages. I love reading books with them and helping them get whatever work they need done. It's a great feeling showing the children that they can do whatever they put their mind to even if a little help is needed along the way! It makes both me and the child feel great!
