S. for the past 10 years I have been doing it professionally. I began with a 15-year-old girl in Manhattan for 7 months. Then I took care of a 5-year-old boy for close to a year. Then I met a family that I'm with for 7 years. There are 2 girls that I'm taking care of. I started working with the family when the girl was 3 months old. She is now almost 7 years old. The other one was just days out of the hospital when I started taking care of her also.
