Maria is a friendly polite person. We felt comfortable and confident after meeting with her that our pets and home would be in good hands. Upon returning home, from vacation, the pets appeared well cared for and our home was clean. All of Our instructions were followed. She communicates well and often. Pictures were sent so we could see our fur babies. I would recommend her.
