Maria is knowledgeable and professional in all aspects of caregiving. She has many years of experience in many different situations and with clients with different needs. She greets every day and each client with a smile and positive attitude that is infectious. She takes the time to listen and to understand what is needed at that moment and then accomplishes the task efficiently. She is willing to spend the time required with even the most difficult clients and does so with an open heart. She makes a solid connection and builds on that trust. She treats people with love and respect and understands that fun and happiness are essential to quality of life. Maria is always available to discuss issues with family members and work toward solutions. Maria made improvements to our daily routine that significantly improved health, safety, and happiness. *I was not her “employer” but was the family member that worked closest with her and feel that we were blessed to have her on our team!
