About Maria

I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development, and I have four years of experience as a nurturing and responsible childcare provider. My patient and calm demeanor, along with my creativity and friendly nature, allow me to connect easily with children. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and provide regular updates on their child's day, using their preferred method of contact. While I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules, I also encourage children to learn and grow through play and exploration. My experience includes caring for children of all ages, from infants to preteens, and I'm comfortable caring for up to two children at a time. I enjoy playing various games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and technology-based games and apps. I'm fluent in both English and Spanish and have completed First Aid Training. I'm also happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, and light housekeeping.
