As a caregiver with three years of experience, I'm passionate about supporting families and making a positive impact on children's lives. My journey into caregiving began with my previous babysitting roles, where I discovered my knack for nurturing and caring for children. I have a GRADUATE DEGREE and have taken coursework in early child development. I believe patience and a friendly demeanor are crucial in childcare, and I strive to create a calm and approachable environment for the children in my care. Effective communication is key, so I provide written daily reports and follow the parents' preferred communication method to address any issues that may arise. With regards to household rules, I'm very comfortable enforcing them and ensuring consistency. Regarding activities, I love engaging in both outdoor physical games and educational games that stimulate learning and development.
