I am a Dietitian Nutritionist with a university degree obtained in Colombia and 5 years of experience in the nutritional management of chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, and cardiovascular conditions. My training has allowed me to develop strong skills in assessing patients' nutritional status and creating personalized meal plans tailored to their specific health needs. Throughout my career, I have worked with patients of all ages, with a particular passion for supporting children and older adults. I provide comprehensive care and continuous guidance, offering close support to both patients and their families. My approach focuses on educating and motivating individuals to adopt healthy and sustainable eating habits to improve their quality of life and prevent complications related to their health conditions. Additionally, I have effective communication skills in Spanish.
