I am a 38 years old. Married. Brazilian Graduated Nurse. I am an experienced and dedicated nanny looking for a wonderful family to work with part-time. I usually stay with the families I work for for long periods - I started my last job when the baby was 7 months old and stayed with the family until the child turned 7 years old. I am caring, attentive, reliable, competent, loving and family oriented. My nursing skills help me on caring for children. I have experience with children and reference. I speak Portuguese and have an intermediate level of English I would love to connect with you!

::: Exceptional Nanny ::: It’s with a very heavy heart that I write this, as I truly wish we could keep Mariana forever. She has been a part of our family for the past 7 years, starting when my daughter was just 6 months old. She is, simply put, a once-in-a-lifetime caregiver—an incredible human who has shaped our daughter’s childhood in the most beautiful ways. Mariana genuinely loves caring for babies, toddlers, and children. Her days are filled with play, enrichment, and learning—from making art and crafts to nurturing friendships at the park, preparing healthy meals, and reinforcing the values and rules we want our daughter to be surrounded by. She has the perfect balance of warmth and structure, making every day both fun and purposeful. My daughter adores her and considers her a best friend. Originally from Brazil, Mariana speaks both English and Portuguese and was an RN prior to coming to the US. Her expertise, patience, and kindness are unmatched. She has also been an incredibly dependable and reliable presence in our lives—never once late, never a single issue, always there when we needed her. She has driven our daughter around the Westside since she was a year old (she does not drive on the freeway), and I have always felt 100% confident in her care—sometimes safer with her than even with myself! Mariana is not just a nanny—she is family. We consider her a third parent, and I personally see her as a sister. I worked hard to make sure she had a great experience being employed by us, and over the years, we’ve grown close to her family here as well. I truly believe our lives would not be as full and joyful if we hadn’t had the privilege of having her with us. As we prepare for a move out of LA in March, Mariana is now looking for a new family on the Westside, ideally with an infant so she can grow with them, just as she did with us. She would love to find a part-time position but may be open to more hours for the right family. She also has a wonderful network of nanny friends, and the children she cares for are always surrounded by love, learning, and play. If you are looking for a kind, experienced, nurturing, and truly exceptional nanny, you will be so lucky to have Mariana. I can’t recommend her highly enough. Please feel free to reach out if you’d like more details or an introduction—I would love to help her find the perfect next family.
