As a senior Elementary Education major with four years of childcare experience, I'm passionate about nurturing children's development and fostering positive relationships. My personable and organized nature allows me to easily connect with children and their parents. I prioritize open communication and follow the parents' preferred method to discuss their child's day or address any concerns. While adhering to the parents' lead, I'm comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that enhance their learning. My CPR training and coursework in early child development further equip me to provide quality care.
