With over eight years of experience, I've had the privilege of supporting families and providing a safe, nurturing environment for their little ones. My calm and patient demeanor, coupled with my formal and approachable nature, allows me to connect effectively with children and build strong relationships with them. I believe in open communication with parents and regularly provide written daily reports and verbal updates at pickup, or through the parents' preferred communication method. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring a structured environment for the children in my care. When it comes to playtime, I love engaging children in outdoor sports, physical games, and educational activities that stimulate their learning and creativity.
