About Mariana

I'm 34 years old, started working with kids started with my mom and spread to our family. My mom opened her own preschool in São Paulo, Brazil, and I helped her for over 7 years. When I moved to the U. S., I worked as a babysitter for 5 years, starting in Florida and eventually moving to San Diego. During that time, I worked with children ranging from newborns to 8 years old. For the past two years, I worked as an associate teacher at a preschool, focusing on the PK0 and PK1 levels. I left the school to pursue my credential as a Registered Behavior Therapist. I also have experience working with children with specific needs, including those on the autism spectrum. I love kids, enjoy playing outdoors, and creating activities to make the day smoother, fun, and rewarding. I'm excited to find a family where I can make a positive impact on children's lives. I have 12 units in Early Childhood Education, CPR certification, and a credential as a Registered Behavioral Therapist.
