As the oldest of five siblings, I have been involved in childcare from a young age, helping my parents care for my siblings in our African household. This role taught me valuable skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and providing emotional support, often acting as a second mother to them. In addition to my family experience, I also worked at my aunt's daycare for three years and at another daycare for a year, gaining hands-on experience with children, including those with disabilities.
