About Maria

Hi, I am a first year High School Social Studies teacher and I live in the greater-Cincinnati area. This also means I have passed a background check through the FBI! I have a college degree in Secondary Education Social Studies from the University of Alabama, but my profile isn't letting me edit that part. I am looking for a summer job a few days a week. I have 9 years of babysitting experience with children ranging from 6 months old to high schoolers. I worked at The Kinder Garden School in Blue Ash for two summers in the older toddler room, and have helped potty train about 35 children. I've have coached three youth basketball teams and worked as a counselor at Camp Ernst in Kentucky. I love playing sports, doing arts and crafts, and playing board games. I also have experience tutoring. I have my own car and a clean driving record. I do not smoke and am comfortable with pets. I am a JV basketball coach which means I am also first aid and CPR certified.
