First, thank you for taking the time to read my profile. My life s passion is patient advocacy and I have found in my 25+ years of that medicine is lacking profoundly in this arena. I have done hospice and home care and have formed many lifelong family members do to the team dynamic I create with each individual family and healthcare providers involved in your loved ones journey. This is not just the patients situation, it involves and effects everyone in the family and that is where I come in.
