About Maria

Thank you for your interest in my page! I'm Maria, a fun and encouraging childcare professional seeking a position in Childcare, Private Dance Lessons (Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Hip-Hop) and Private Tutoring, specializing in English and Science. I have a Bachelor's in Fine Arts in Dance, a Preschool Teaching certificate and am First Aid & CPR certified. I currently work as a teacher at a children's dance studio part time. There, I teach various styles of dance and work with children of all ages, including those with special needs and learning challenges. I also teach dance at William Green Elementary. I will make learning exciting with crafts, art projects and games. I am comfortable around all animals and have patience and understanding with unpredictable circumstances.
