About Maria

While pursuing my undergraduate degree in Professional Writing, I worked part-time at a day care for 5 years. This work experience led me to go back to school in 2020 to pursue a graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health. During my internship, I gained experience working with kiddos that dealt with mental health diagnoses that prevented them from going to a typical public school. Currently, I work full-time in an outpatient setting that serves the ADHD population primarily and I am working with kids and adults. I'm hoping to earn a little extra money in an effort to pay off student loans. My expertise goes far beyond childcare and I can comfortably handle behavioral issues, crisis intervention, parent-child relationships, anxiety, depression, ADHD, etc. It feels quite rewarding to update this account as you may only need childcare, but more than that I'm excited to be another resource and help in any way that I can for families in the Cincinnati community.
