I was a volunteer for a year under the head Vet tech, and then I was accepted into the Vet Tech program at NSCC. I finished 3 semesters in that field and then decided to go back to work so I could pay for my future classes, and pay off student loans. I am a huge animal lover, and have worked at a dog boarding and daycare facility. I was responsible for watching up to 50 dogs a day with a few other people. I also volunteered at a dog training facility, and had a lot of fun learning the training process and being around the dogs!
