As a childcare provider, I had my own family day care while I took care of my two boys. They're grown up now and I've always wanted to pursue taking care of children again. While I took care of the children under my care, I took care of their basic needs, read to them, taught them responsibility, gave them lessons to prepare for school. We even painted murals on large newspaper rolls on the wall and played uncooked rice on the floor. lol The children learned socially to cooperation and sharing to get along and solve problems that they may come across. We had fun learning.
