Maria was great with the kids, they started to really like her. She was with us for about a month before she had a family emergency and she did not communicate with me after that. I had to check in with her to see when she would be returning and she pretty much said she didn't know. None of that was communicated to us and I was just waiting and waiting, I could have found help elsewhere if she just would have told me. It's sad because she would have been a great nanny for us long term.
