In the 12 years that I have babysat, I have cared for newborn babies, toddlers, middle schoolers, preteens and adolescents. My expertise includes individuals with mental disabilities like Down Syndrome, Depression, Anxiety, and or ADHD. I have had the pleasure of being a life coach in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to girls ages 12 to 17 years old and have worked on hospice floors caring for the elderly. This is something I am so passionate about because since I was little, I have always been drawn to the people who were different, those who suffer, and the individuals who feel abandoned, unloved or alone. In caring for such individuals, I have been humbled by each of their individual battles. They are my inspiration. They are the toughest of the tough. They are love; and the world is blessed to have them in it.
