Duda is a truly wonderful nanny, she has been an unbelievable addition to our family- to whom we will be forever grateful. My husband and myself recommend her wholeheartedly with absolutely no reservations. She has cared for our son full time since he was 6 months old (now 2 years old) as well as our daughter since she was born (now 6 months old). Duda is kind, conscientious, thoughtful, and incredibly reliable and dependable. With our toddler she is patient and so fun loving. His whole face lights up every time she cares for him. She has worked with him in learning his numbers, letters, etc while always maintaining a fun environment. With our daughter (and son when he was an infant) she has been amazing at helping us establish a nap/feeding schedule and actively working on her development. She is thoughtful about coming up with fun activities for both of the kids. She handles the craziness of our household with so much ease! She is flexible and very understanding when schedules have changed last minute. I have been so grateful to have someone I whole heartedly trust caring for our children.
