What type of experience do you have? I've dealt with people for 10 years. I have personally been a caretaker for my brother who has epilepsy and polio. I have done everything from changing his diaper, administering medication, grooming him, taking him to doctor appointments, etc. This is how I gained experience as a caregiver. Since then I've helped numerous clients that are elderly, suffering from dementia, and have fractured hips. What are your greatest strengths? My greatest strength is that I am compassionate, patient, and I am empathetic to their ailments. This is just a part of me and the type of personality I am. I genuinely care for people and I want to make sure that they are always happy and comfortable. I was also a teacher for several years and these qualities were the qualities that helped me be successful and make an impact on the students. What is your biggest weakness? My biggest weakness, if it is a weakness, is that I care too much for people and sometimes I take my work home with me. In other words, I care for people passionately. I genuinely like taking care of people and find it very rewarding.
