About Maria

I am bilingual. I speak Spanish and English. I am a certified TA. I have worked as a TA, assisting ESL middle school students. I am currently a youth counselor at Lincoln Hall Boy's Haven. I have six years of experience babysitting children and helping them with their school work. Also, most of my summers, I worked as a counselor for a school camp. I was responsible for planning, leading, and implementing core and non-core programs and experiences for children in a small group setting, ages 5 to 7. Moreover, I'm a party host at SportimeUSA, a place that's all about children. My responsibilities in that job include: setting up, welcoming guests, organizing parties, interacting with the kids, and making the party as fun as it can get. I do parties for kids ages 4 to 12. I'm serious and responsible for kids' safety and school responsibilities, but I also love having a good time with them !! I'm also an animal lover, whether it is a little bird or a big dog. I love them all!
