About Maria

Initially I focused on becoming a Certified Newborn Doula, Early Childhood Education and Pediatric Sleeping. I'm fluent in English, Italian and Portuguese, both spoken and written. In the early days of my career, I worked both as ND and Nanny. Eventually, it became too exhausting, so I decided, upon a family's invitation, to stick with the Nanny job. I have more than 20 years of experience and excellent references. I'm also Trustline registered. My expertise mainly lies in caring for twins, although my previous job involved taking care of two kids from different families in a Nanny Share arrangement. I enjoy exploring the city with the kids, such as outdoors adventures, library visits, museums trips and socialization with piers of their age in cultural diversified environment. I also incorporate early learning, including arts and crafts, alphabet, numbers and storytelling.
