About Maria Clara

Hello! I'm a responsible, creative and experienced caretaker and have been working with kids both as an educator and caretaker for the past 4+ years. I've taught an array of different subjects, such as filmmaking, screen printing, music and art. As an artist myself, I've very passionate about the power that art has in our lives, specially when it comes to kids' incredible creativity, and I think that creative play really influences my style of caretaking. I have experience of taking care of kids from 6months-teens, and I'm comfortable taking care of up to 3 kids at once. I'm also able to cook and help out with light chores around the house. I'm fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and English, and proficient in Spanish, so I can implement those languages with your little ones if that is something you are interested in. Overall, helping children grow and working with them has been one of the most fulfilling parts of my life, and I appreciate being able to assist families.
