Hello! My name is Maria . I am a 34-year-old mom of 4. I work in education full time and I am looking to offer respite care to 1 child over the summer. I have an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Development, Paraprofessional certificate, substitute teacher certificate, and I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have worked as a classroom associate in a Head Start and Special Education integrated preschool classroom previously and my current role is teaching the library classes to PK-6th grade at a small rural school. I am also a Drama/Speech director at the school for Jr. High/High School students. I love children and I have a passion for working with children with special needs. I have a lot of patience and I truly care about every child that I work with. I am looking to provide respite care to 1 child part time this summer. I am flexible on days/hours.
