I am certified to teach grades preK-6 but have the most experience with younger students and struggling readers and writers. I love thinking of games and creative ways to practice the skills she needs so that our sessions are fun and engaging. I think it's important to communicate with parents about your child's progress, strengths and weaknesses, as well as ideas about ways you can practice the skills and help your child in between tutoring sessions. **I AM STILL TEACHING FULL-TIME IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS SO I AM NOT AVAILABLE FOR ASSISTING WITH VIRTUAL LEARNING.
