Alicia has been taking the absolute best care of our daughter for the last 2 years, since she was ~4 months. Our daughter absolutely adores her and looks forward to seeing her each morning, as do we. Alicia is loving, energetic & fun. She is equally calm, firm when needed, and consistent. She has a sunny disposition and a can-do spirit which is hugely helpful and uplifting when you're an exhausted parent! Alicia is self-motivated and found a local group of nannies to help socialize our daughter, proactively sought out local activities like story time at the library and other arts and crafts programs the library hosts. Our daughter has become a fun-loving yet very polite toddler in large part because of Alicia. I regularly receive notes from other caregivers about how attentive and patient Alicia is. I believe Alicia is best suited for a family just starting on their child-rearing journey, especially if they're planning to have more then one child. We cannot recommend her more highly.
