I'd describe my personality as outgoing , confident and conscientious. I am very sensitive to other people's well being. Helping others gives me a lot of satisfaction and self worth. I'm looking for a job that provides an environment of stability and well being for the patient. I started caring for seniors when I was working as a nanny. I got involved with the 3 grandparents as well. In my spare time, I like to read, sometimes crochet. Spending time with my grandkids. I like cooking and baking. One thing you should know about me is that I'm easy to get along with. I'm open to new ideas, very flexible with schedules. Very caring. I'm hard working. I'm a compassionate person and have great empathy towards everyone. My communication skills are excellent and have no problem talking about improvements or changing things.
