I am looking for a reliable sitter/ nanny for my three boys in our home. I am working full time at the hospital and I am also in college full time. I have zero time to keep up with home and the kids and I am overwhelmed to the Maxx. I am looking for someone who we can trust with our boys, ages 1, 2, and 3. And maybe a little extra help with cleaning up. Most of the time one of us will be around just doing school work or napping because we work overnights. I am willing to negotiate pay and the hours are super flexible. I am hoping for someone long term that can be like family. The boys get very attached and we have a very small support system, so please do not reach out if you are not serious about the job. I also am looking for at least 2 references.
