About Margretha

Hi there! My name is Margretha and I am a hardworking, enthusiastic, and responsible student looking for childcare work over the summer! I was born and raised in Los Angeles and will be back from college over the summer for break on July 1st. I study at DePaul University in Chicago, majoring in communications and media. I'm extremely passionate about childcare, valuing creativity and learning in my day-to-day life as well as in my approach to childcare. I think we have just as much to learn from kids as they do from us! I am extremely comfortable adapting to household styles, while prioritizing imaginative and educational play. While exploring a variety of activities I always stay engaged and present, fostering a relationship with kids that is built on mutual trust and respect. I prioritize open communication with families, keeping them updated on our days and addressing any issues that may arise. I also am happy to help with meal prepping, carpooling, light housekeeping, and more!
