Hi there! My name is Margot, and I have worked with children for roughly a decade. I currently work seasonally as a river guide on the Flathead through the summers and am a children's ski instructor through the winter. I'm passionate about the outdoors, teaching by example, and acting with love first. My calm, creative, and friendly nature allows me to connect with children easily. I prioritize open communication with parents, ensuring they're informed about their child's day and any concerns. While respecting the parents' lead on household rules, I'm a HUGE advocate for getting away from screens and enjoy showing children the importance of the outdoors. I am a certified substitute teacher as well, and I enjoy enriching children's lives through education. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children, aged 2 to 11 years old, and I'm fluent in English and proficient in Spanish. Beyond childcare, I can also assist with cooking, light housekeeping, and travel.

Margot is the BEST!! She watched my two kids (3 and 7) four days a week while she was in college. She is a very bubbly and loving personality, and has always shown patience. Margot is very reliable and flexible. Not only would she help with my kids, she was also willing to help me around the house, with errands and cooking and everything in between! I highly recommend her and wish she still lived near me!
