As a childcare provider with five years of experience, I'm passionate about nurturing children's growth and development. My patient and creative nature allows me to connect with children on their level. I believe in fostering a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive. My experience in previous babysitting roles has taught me how to effectively communicate with parents about their children's well-being. I follow the parents' preferred communication method, whether that's verbal communication at pickup, regular updates via text, or phone calls. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I take my cues from the parents. I understand the importance of consistency and following the parents' lead to create a harmonious environment for the children. Playing with children is one of my favorite parts of being a childcare provider. I enjoy engaging in outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning.
