No direction was ever followed and after spending $30 an hour, my lists were not completed after several times. I gave her multiple times to make things right and each time she never followed my directions. She was rude, and her texts were aggressive. Her demeanor was unpleasant and I would come home and spend hours putting back the mess that she created.
