About Margherita

Hi, I'm Rita! I've been a daycare teacher since 2018, and over the years, I've had the privilege of working with children from infancy through elementary school. My goal is always to create a warm, safe, and engaging environment where kids can thrive. In addition to my daycare experience, I've worked as a behavior therapist for children and teens on the autism spectrum. This role has deepened my understanding of how to support each child's unique needs and strengths, using tailored approaches to encourage positive development. I'm currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communication Science at Queens College with aspirations of becoming a Speech-Language Pathologist. I'm passionate about helping children build communication skills and supporting their growth in every way I can.
