Hi there! I'm Margaux. I'm a certified teacher with lots of experience caring for kids age 6 mos. to 18 years. I am CPR and First Aid certified, and for the past four years I've taught Theater and English in public and charter schools. Before I go back into teaching full time, I'd love to continue working with children! I am kind, responsible, have a sense of humor, and I'm flexible with whatever variables arise. I am very creative and love to do arts and crafts with kids. I always leave a place cleaner than I found it, can follow very specific directions, and have even worked with children with special needs. Margaux and I have been friends for a couple of years. She is great with my four-month-old son. I wish she still lived near me so she could be his nanny! Margaux is one of the easiest people to talk to that I've met, and she is a responsible and kind person. I always enjoyed hearing about her lesson plans that she prepared for her middle and high school students; the lessons were thoughtful and encouraged students to see different perspectives. She's involved in her community and always learning; we met through comedy classes and she is very passionate about the arts and sharing those interests with others. Any family would be lucky to have her as a caregiver.
