We needed a caregiver for almost three years for our dad. At the same time his son lived with him and caused problems with each and every caregiver we hired. We worked very hard with the caregivers we employed and tried to prepare them to standup to the dysfunctional son but to no avail. We had little or no control over the son as we were gone for much of the day. We must have gone through fifteen caregivers trying to make life easier for our dad. At last, we found Margaret. Oh, if we had known of her sooner, our lives would have been so much better. Margaret was firm but not overbearing with the son, she knew exactly how to handle the situation and did not allow him to make trouble and called us whenever he posed a problem. She was an angel to us. Not only did Margaret solve our problem with the son, she was marvelous with our dad. He loved her and she gave him generous, safe, and kind care before and when he spent his last days in the nursing home. She took it as her job to keep a watchful eye on his care in the hospital or nursing home. I highly recommend Margaret to help you with problems that arise in the home and be the best caregiver you will ever hire. Sometimes it is easy to take a caregiver for granted, so treat her well or you will miss her when she is gone.
