Super disappointing. I thought we found a great, reliable babysitter to watch our one year old son even to the point that we recommended her to another family, but she ended up cancelling two weeks in a row. The first time cancelled 2 hours before due to family emergency, okay, but the second week, 1.5 days before, just showed how unprofessional and immature. It's so disrespectful to not follow through on commitments to people that trust you with their child.
