I've always loved animals and have a dog named Abby and six rescue cats. I worked for Duchess County SPCA part time caring for the cats. They did some restructuring and decided to combine my job with a full time person who worked there so my time there ended but on a good note. In fall 2016 I was hired through this site to be a driver for a lady who needed to be taken to her doctor appointments and run her errands. Sadly, she has passed away. Since February 2017, I've work 5 days a week for an hour taking care of a dog and two cats for a gentleman who also hired me through this site. It's gone very well so far and continues to. Long term, I want to do pet care/errand assistance on a more full time basis. Last June thru present, I work babysitting two little boys five days a week 3 hours a day. One is special needs. The mom hired me thru care. com. So far, so good. I'm so happy with the work I've been doing thru care. com.
