I am a Senior Special Education student at Western Illinois University. I enjoy working with children and adults of all ages. I have been both a volunteer and paid camp counselor for the past eight years in two different states, and have worked specifically with adult campers with disabilities for four of those years. I have cared for many children and adults, including those with behavioral and emotional disorders, autism, seizure disorders, developmental delays, Fragile X, and medical issues. I have experience caring for infants, toddlers, and adults with special needs in recreational, educational, daily living care, and emergency situations. In addition to child/adult care, I am also comfortable tutoring your loved one, and have passed my Illinois State Basic Skills test, as well as my Special Education and Elementary Education content tests.
