I always aim for extended periods of time outside - I've been a forest school teacher and value memories made and skills learned in the great outdoors. I believe in clear communication wrapped in compassion, a reliable foundation of consistency, peacefully meeting kids where they're at in the moment, and live a life packed full of laughter. Margaret came on board as a temporary nanny for 12 weeks. She ended up staying for 18 weeks! She has a positive attitude and my daughter who was 14 months old when she started, just loved to play with her. Margaret loves the outdoors so she would take my on walks, to the park, picnics, etc. She was great to cook her healthy meals, start teaching body parts and work on speech, etc. She was a fantastic addition for us and we were so grateful to have her for those 18 weeks.
