Hello. I've been a Preschool Director, Sunday School teacher, classroom teacher, Special Ed. teacher and home school mom. I've worked in the school system for years but traded in classroom teaching for family nurturing. I've been Nannying for five years with one family. The child is now in school. The family no longer requires my services. I am seeking another position with another family. I am available PT Monday- Fridays. Working for a family in the education field would be ideal; they would not require my help in the summers. (I do have a FT childcare placement each summer for an Air Force family in Alaska.) I'd like to join a team atmosphere with parents, focusing on raising loving, caring children. If your schedule has flexibility to work with my availability, I'd like to speak with you about possibilities. I am the same person caring for a child, with or without monitoring cameras in the home. Marcy gets 6 stars! I reconnected with her on Care, but met her years ago as a co worker, while we were both teaching. She has a wonderful personality that works so well with children, great imagination and always amazes me with activities she does with my baby, while skill building. She has a great heart and as a teacher knows how to build character with the littles. She really understands child development and will keep your child very safe and for certain entertained! We call her Marcy Poppins. Extremely responsible, great communicator and always punctual. Couldn't really ask for more from a care giver.
