Marcy has been a great caregiver for my 1-year-old daughter, and I will continue to call her for date nights or back-up care if my daughter's preschool is closed. My daughter was comfortable with her right away, and was excited to see Marcy every morning when she arrived. Marcy is very patient, calm, kind, reliable and thoughtful. I also appreciate that she is very proactive and knowledgeable about babies/toddlers: she introduced various activities to encourage my daughter's development milestones (and taught me about them, too!). And I was grateful that she took care of cleaning baby bottles and baby laundry without me asking. I worked from home while Marcy was here, and she made it easy for me to focus on work. We are sad to not see Marcy as much now that my daughter is at preschool full-time (which was purely a financial decision) – I highly recommend hiring her for in-home childcare!
